When sees something that needs to be done at Stinger Field, it gets done — and done right. During the 2025 season, Shay led major upgrades that helped transform the facility, including renovated bathrooms, the first-ever Slurpee machines, a commercial ice machine, and running drinking water throughout the complex for the first time in its history. His biggest accomplishment was bringing the sprinkler system to life across nearly 10 acres, creating three fully maintained, game-ready football fields that elevated the experience for every athlete and family at AYS.

Justin was honored with the Field of Dreams Award for his dedication to every athlete and team within AYS. Known as an elite coach and strong advocate for youth development, Justin has consistently gone beyond his own team to mentor coaches, support players across the organization, and help ensure all teams have the opportunity to thrive. He has also played a major role in keeping Stinger Field operational for years, always stepping up wherever needed to support the mission of AYS.

During the 2025 season, led the reopening and full renovation of the Stinger Field concession stand, helping generate over $15,000 in revenue to support continued improvements across the facility. Her hard work, leadership, and dedication embody what AYS stands for, and she continues to be a driving force behind the organization and its impact on the community.
